Discovering the world is one of my inner drivers that has taken me far in life - quite literally around the globe. To date, I have lived and worked in 8 countries (Austria, Switzerland, Mexico, Germany, USA, Spain, Czech Republic, China), progressively building my experiences and career.

As an international manager with 17 years of experience in leadership roles in innovation (e.g. e-mobility, mobility, autonomous driving), business development, and corporate and brand strategy, I have worked for major corporations such as Volkswagen and Audi in Europe, China, and the USA. I have successfully built and led international and Chinese teams, implemented cutting-edge management structures, advanced innovations from concept to market readiness, developed and implemented business models and revenue streams from new services.

As a consultant and founder of Sinoa-Consulting, I advise established companies and startups. My key focus areas include corporate & brand strategy, innovation management, new work, diversity, corporate culture, and international cooperation.
